How do I update my billing details?

Note: If you have set up your payments through Paypal, you will not see the "Update billing details" button described below. You will need to log into Paypal and update your account with a valid billing option - either an active credit card, or linked bank account.

To update your billing details, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the 'Account' icon in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. From the menu, select 'My Account'.
  4. Under the section 'Account Details' you will see a button titled 'Manage Billing & Membership'. From this page, you can enter new Credit Card information to be processed through our secure payment provider, Stripe.

If your billing details are already correct in our system, but the payment is not being processed, you will need to contact your bank to authorise the transaction, or contact our support team at


Note: You must click "update" to save your updated billing details.
